has been climbing for 8 years and guiding for 5. He has climbed all over the southern United States and Mexico. He has worked for 2 years with at-risk children, has worked with ropes courses, and has a national EMT-B certification. .

Joel Weber
is certified as a Wilderness First Responder and has over 8 years experience. He currently splits his time between Austin and Alaska, where he guides for Alaska Mountain Guides. He has experience on rock, ice, snow and big walls. He is also one of a select few who actually enjoy climbing off-width cracks.
